New Builds - Garrabost

This bespoke, private home was completed in the middle of 2024. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house was designed by local company Total Design Ltd. We erected the timber frame kit according to their design and specifications, while working closely with the clients to ensure they were happy with end product.

The property benefits from underfloor heating supplied by an Air Source Heat Pump, a Multifuel Stove in the living area and roof mounted Solar PV which was designed and installed by our in house engineers ensuring energy bills are kept down and that the property stays warm year round.
