This recent project was to renovate an empty retail unit on Cromwell Street in Stornoway in preparation for the opening of a new Iceland branch. The contract involved the stripping out of the existing retail unit, followed by a full lighting, heating, ventilation and electrical systems upgrade, the installation of a goods lift and numerous chillers and freezers, as well as extensive necessary repairs to the roofs.
