This recently completed project included the construction of a new garage facility and the redevelopment of existing office spaces. To allow the client to stay operational throughout project the works were completed in two phases.

Phase one consisted of the construction of the new 360m2 heavy goods vehicle garage along with the installation of a new inspection pit and external wash bay. A secure compound was created by means of security fencing and gates.

Phase two of the project involved redeveloping the existing garage into modern office and welfare facilities for the staff and also increasing the storage areas. The old office accommodation was demolished to make way for new a new customer entrance and parking.
