This project consisted of the construction of a new two bed  eco house for a private client in Gress. The Siberian larch clad house has a metal deck seamed roof.

The ground floor of the property is heated with underfloor heating from the Air Source heat pump. 

There is a secondary source of heating in the form of the multi-fuel stove in the open plan living area.

Externally a garage was constructed alongside the landscaped gardens, pathways and gravel drive.
