The £3.4 million pound Gibson Gardens project consisted of the construction of 23 affordable housing units in Stornoway on behalf of HHP. The works consisted completing of a number of 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments in the development.

The renewable aspect of the development consisted of installing solar thermal and solar PV.  The heating and hot water requirements are met by gas boilers.
