This project consisted of the manufacture and construction of a modern bespoke, private home designed by a local company, Total Design Ltd who planned a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom timber frame kit for us to supply and erect to their specifications and working closely with our clients to ensure they were happy with the overall look and finish of the property.

The property benefits from the underfloor heating supplied from an Air Source Heat Pump, a Multifuel Stove in the living area and roof mounted Solar PV, designed and installed by our inhouse engineers, delivering 5.6Kw and 10Kw of battery storage to reduce electrical bills and keep the property warm year-round.
