This project involved the construction of two private homes, these homes were built to a modern high specification. The design focuses on using air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and low energy LED lighting to ensure low running costs. The external structure uses high density insulation to maintain as much internal heat as possible.

The air leakage test that was conducted upon completion surpassed industry standards meeting the clients requirements with an energy efficient home.
