Our contract at Ardseileach involved the construction of a twelve bedroom care home with two additional cluster units of supported accommodation, adding a further fourteen bedrooms. As well as the demolition of the existing care home facilities. 

This project was executed in two sections, so as to maintain access to facilities at all times throughout the contract period, with the construction of the new buildings in very close proximity to the existing care home on a tight site. 

As well as executing the works on site, Lewis Builders were involved in the design of the sprinkler system, the underfloor heating system, as well as several other elements via contractor design portion.
