HEATING

Heating a building using warm air or using gas fired radiant heating is a well proven energy efficient and economical method of heating large scale commercial buildings. Our team are able to provide and install a system that will meet your needs and heat your space. To maintain your system and to ensure its operability we are able to provide maintenance servicing and repairs.

VENTILATION

At present, Lewis Builders have two Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Technicians certified to meet the requirements of BS EN 15780, TR19 and CITB -14208.

In addition to the above, our IAQ Technicians are also certified to BS9999 Appendix V-W, this  certification allows us to carry out the inspection and testing of fire dampers and smoke control dampers contained within the ventilation systems, this also meets the requirements of CITB-22542.

Lewis Builders are fully accredited members of the National Association of Air Duct Cleaners UK (NAADUK), the training and certification in relation to the ventilation systems meets their requirements offering professional and practical assistance to members, helping to develop and improve our business activities.

AIR CONDITIONING

Our team of skilled experts have years of experience in providing Air Conditioning units from design to installation. We are able to tailor our service to provide installations and repairs specific to your requirements. We can fit new air con systems, including fan coil units, in all properties, whether a new build or as part of an existing premises, and our engineers have the flexibility install a wide range of specialist air conditioning systems.

GAS SYSTEMS

Gas Systems

Gas work is a major part of our business and as GAS SAFE registered tradespeople we carry out all our work in the safe manner required by regulations. We are experienced in both mains gas and bulk storage LPG installations.

We offer regular service between 9am and 5pm and provide an emergency service out with hours for our customers which is readily available by calling the office number.
